Fuoriporta House Bar is located in the Upper City in Bergamo, a few steps from the famous Piazza Vecchia, immersed in a medieval setting surrounded by the Ancient Venetian walls recently included in Unesco’s property.

Fuoriporta is near by the funicular that leads to San Vigilio, 20 meters from the bus station towards the Railwaystation and Milan–Bergamo Airport.

Atmosphere of other times in this small building dates back to the 1925, used at the service of the San Vigilio’s funicular, the second funicular in Bergamo, where it goes up from Sant’Alessandro gate (one of the fourth gate of upper city) to San Vigilio, “the Roof of Bergamo” where you can breathless views and walk in the green of Parco dei colli.

In 2015 the structure was elegantly redevelopped to become the current Fouriporta House, Our “Boutique Hotel”.

In addition to the normal selling of the rooms, Fuoriporta can be Yours for a day, a week or more.

An unforgettable party, a remember that everyone would have for one’s wedding, for a business meeting for a graduation or for one’s birthday, taking care off in the details with professionality and quality of the products in order to be remembered for a long time.

The structure consists of 6 matrimonial rooms, finely furnished, a bistro in Liberty style, an inside terrace and an other outside in front of Sant’Alessandro gate.

All of our staff inclused the bartenders will be at your disposal. An original idea for who loves “the Good, the Beauty and the Smart” in a special bulding in the heart of the upper city.
